Communication Technical Assistance Service

• Degree in Communication, Information Science or  Journalism
• Corporate Communication, Marketing, Communication Agencies and Web Communication, Graphic Design  or Community Management and Online Marketing Courses
• Excellent command of written and spoken Spanish.
• Based in Valencia (Spain)

Skills:

• Good Command of written and spoken English (min B2)
• Ability to translate complex material into easy to read promotional copy
• Attention to detail, accuracy and observation skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with a variety of professionals and staff at all levels in complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent organisational, administration and task management skills, being able to manage and prioritise workload
• Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, design packages)
• Evident web writing and maintenance skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with particular sensitivity to other cultures

Service Level:

Support with the management and communications roll out of EIT Climate-KIC Spain events including, but not limited to:

• Developing graphics and communication design material
• Liaising with speakers, delegates, venue, suppliers and staff
• Developing and maintain an event website and app
• Drafting and/or editing content and promotional literature
• On the day logistical support
• Editing videos (follow up) or preparing video storyline
• Follow up post event communication

The candidate must also provide evidence of some examples of the work carried out in connection with the requested communication technical assistance service.
